Pete's Dragon Elliott and Pete Storyboard Art by Ken Anderson Group of 4 (Walt Disney, 1977). A set of four rare Pete's Dragon storyboards, with art by one of Disney's best. Ken Anderson (1909 - 1993) worked for Disney for 44 years. He was a jack of all trades, excelling in animation, writing, production design, architectural design, and character development. He worked in both Animation as well as in Imagineering. He was inducted as a Disney Legend in 1991. Elliott in Pete's Dragon was his character, and Mr. Anderson was the Art Director for this film as well. These four graphite/Conte crayon drawings show the loving relationship between Pete and his "pet," Elliott the Dragon. These are drawings on paper, with an average image size of 6.5" x 4". Three have been matted to an overall size of 10" x 8", while one is mounted on lightweight textured board measuring 10" x 7.25"; this one is noted a "Good Bye" in the top margin. Great images! Very Good condition overall. From the Joe Hale Collection.
