Pete's Dragon Elliott and Apples Storyboards Original Art and Photo Group of 4 (Walt Disney, 1977). Ken Anderson (1909 - 1993) was a jack of all trades for Disney: an animator, art director, theme park designer, story man, character designer, and more. He was the main man behind the making of this film. He created the character Elliott and he served as Animation Art Director for this film. Ken Anderson is a Disney Legend Inductee whose original artwork is always in high demand. This is a rare set of Ken Anderson's drawings of Elliott storyboards of the apple scene. Graphite and charcoal on 7.5" x 5" storyboard paper panels. They are numbered 12/13 and 18. Two depict Elliot eating apples and one has Pete on his lap eating apples too. Also in the lot is the live action/animation working photo that shows Pete (Sean Marshall) reaching for apples in a live action shot that would be matted with the animation. That's three Ken Anderson original drawings plus one rare "behind the scenes" photo from this fun movie! Minor handling wear. In Very Good condition.
