    Pepé Le Pew Drawing by Chuck Jones (Warner Brothers, 1957). Pepé Le Pew made his theatrical debut in 1945, in the Chuck Jones-directed short Odor-able Kitty. His fifth short, For Scent-imental Reasons (1949) won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film. Chuck Jones directed Pepé in a 1957 short called Touché and Go. This is an outstanding original sketch of Pepé Le Pew from the hand of Chuck Jones (1912 - 2002). It is dedicated and signed "To Linda and Bob from Pepé Le Pew and Chuck Le Jones 1957." Graphite, colored pencil and marker on light board, with a great image size of 8". Matted with an opening size of 10" x 9", and overall mat size of 16" x 14". A rare original Pepé drawing from the hand of Chuck Jones -- and from the 1950s! Very Good condition.
