Description
On Ice Mickey Mouse Animation Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1935). This wonderful theatrical short is one of only four to feature all of the Fab Five: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto. Offered in this lot is a unique original animation drawing of Mickey from the 1:23 mark in this early color cartoon from Disney. The full-figure image of Mikey on skates measures 3.5" x 4" and includes additional layout elements of ice and water. It's rendered in graphite on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper numbered 124 in the lower right. It's a great production drawing of an early Mickey as he shows off his skating skills to impress Minnie. The paper shows minor handling and creases.
