Description
Northwest Hounded Police Wolf Production Drawing Animation Art (MGM, 1946). The Wolf is about to break out of "Alka-Fezz Prison" and will soon be pursued by the relentless Sgt. McPoodle -- played by Droopy. This classic side-splitting short was directed by the legendary Tex Avery, and was released to theaters on August 3, 1946. The image of the Wolf measures approximately 2.5" x 3.75", drawn in graphite and red pencil on a sheet of 12 field 3-peghole animation paper, stamped PROD144SC4 on the lower right, and noted in the upper right as 62. Condition is Very Good with minor handling and edge/corner wear, including a small stain on the lower left, well away from the image.Auction Info
