Description

Naruto: Shippuden "A Special Mission" Naruto Animation Drawing Sequence of 8 with Studio Print Group of 3 (Pierrot, c. 2007-2017). "What? Hey, stop! Don't interfere!" In the Naruto: Shippuden episode "A Special Mission," Naruto resigns to discover Kakashi's true face. Created for the comedic scene at the 15:42 mark of the episode, this is an expressive sequence of eight original animation drawings of the epic series' plucky protagonist Naruto. Naruto needs very little introduction, considered one of the greatest shonen anime series of all time with the Shippuden sequel series reaching a staggering 500 episodes. These drawings are expertly rendered in graphite and color pencil on eight sheets of 12 field animation paper. One of the drawings is a rare layout drawing for the shot, on Pierrot studio bond paper. In addition, this lot includes three studio-printed drawings for the scene, and the set is joined by a studio envelope and timing sheet for the scene. The setup shows overall minor handling and edge wear, and the condition overall is Very Good.
