Naruto "Kakashi: Sharingan Warrior!" Zabuza Momochi Animation Drawing Sequence of 60 with Exposure Sheet and Studio Envelope (Pierrot, 2002). "I can't keep up with... his Jutsu!" Zabuza succumbs to the power Kakashi's copied water technique in this expansive sequence of 60 original animation drawings with exposure sheet and Pierrot studio envelope from the ninth episode of Naruto, "Kakashi: Sharingan Warrior!" Debuting early in the first season of the wildly popular shonen series on November 28, 2002, this episode follows Team 7 and bridge builder Tazuna continue their unexpected battle with the rogue ninja Zabuza Momochi who had ambushed them in the previous episodes. Trapped in the power of Kakashi's Sharingan, Zabuza attempts to fight against the powerful waves beginning near the 13:31 timestamp though he is met with little success. He has been rendered in graphite and colored pencil to overall image areas ranging from 5" x 3.5" to an astonishingly frame-filling 11.75" x 9.75" across the immense 12 field sequence of 60 drawings. They are numbered A1 - A65 (not including frames 3, 27, 40, 49, and 54) in the top right with frames 44-47 featuring only bubbles and waves. Also included is a Pierrot studio folder that housed the drawings and an exposure sheet for the scene. Naruto was digitally colored meaning no production cels were used in the creation of this series; animation drawings like these are some of the only physical production artwork so don't miss out! With typical handling and edge wear including minor corner/edge fold and tears, overall this astonishingly large sequence is in Good condition.More information about Pierrot.
