Mulan Storyboard Drawing (Walt Disney, 1998). Mulan is based on the Chinese legend of Hua Mulan, and it was the first of three Disney feature films produced primarily at the animation studio at Disney-MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida. The film earned a nomination for both a Golden Globe and an Academy Award. Mulan was received very positively, both by critics and audiences. This excellent storyboard drawing was created during the development of Mulan. This drawing depicts Mulan with short hair as she smiles, standing in front of her family's ancestral shrine. Because of Mulan's short hair, this drawing is likely from the end of the film. The drawing is rendered with black pencil on paper measuring 10" x 5.5". The gorgeous piece from one of the most beloved Disney Renaissance films is in Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear.Auction Info
