    Description

    Moth and the Flame Production/Color Model Drawings Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1938). Trio of original 12 field animation drawings from the Silly Symphony short directed by Burt Gillett, and released on 4/1/38. The first is a lovely full-figure image of the Lady Moth, nicely detailed in graphite, measuring 5.5". The second is a Color Model drawing of the Flame, vividly colored with orange, yellow, and green highlights over graphite, and an image size of about 6". Finally, we have a graphite drawing of the Boy Moth, waving goodbye, with a large graphite image measuring 6". The last drawing has a bent corner, away from the image; Fine overall condition.
