    Description

    Moth and The Flame Clark Gable Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1938). The concept artwork for this short, about a pack of moths that invade "Ye Olde Costume Shop," was done by Gustav Tenngren. The attractive lady moth is beguiled by the flame that occasionally turns into Clark Gable. This is an outstanding 12 field, 5-peghole animation drawing of the flame as Gable (seen around 2:44 into the short). Graphite with great orange, green, and yellow pencil highlights. Framed to an overall size of 17" x 14" and in Fine condition.
