Description
Moose Hunters Donald Duck Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1937). Donald has an encounter with an angry bee in this scene from the Ben Sharpsteen-directed cartoon short. This is an original 12 field, 5-peghole animation drawing from that cartoon, released to theaters on 2/20/37. It's in graphite with red and green pencil highlights. Donald is about 5" tall, with an overall image area of 8" x 5" The detail is fantastic, and Donald's reaction to the bee is priceless! Noted in the lower right corner is the number 96. Handling and edge wear with mild age-related paper toning. Fine condition.Auction Info
