Description
Mickey's Steamroller Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1934). A stupendous Mickey animation drawing featuring this heroic mouse twirling a lasso around himself, a determined expression on his face. This vintage Mickey is from the 1934 short Mickey's Steamroller. This was the third short to feature Mickey's nephews, but the first to include only two. It is considered the first on-screen appearance of Morty and Ferdy. This drawing can be found at about 4:49 when Mickey attempts to stop the runaway steamroller. Displayed in a 15'' x 14'' mat with a 9'' x 8'' window, this approximately 4.75'' x 3.5'' drawing is rendered in graphite. Some age-related toning expected from an almost 90-year-old piece. Minor handling wear. Good condition overall for this incredible piece.Auction Info
