Description
Mickey's Rival Mortimer Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1936). "Well, if it ain't my old sweetie, Minnie Mouse!" From the Wilfred Jackson-directed short that introduced the heckling Mortimer Mouse, here is an original animation drawing from Mortimer's ham-fisted greeting, seen at the 1:09 mark. This hilarious and exceptionally drawn pose from the 1936 classic Mickey's Rival is rendered in graphite and red color pencil, and Mortimer stands at just over 5" tall on the left side of the paper. The 12 field 5-peghole animation paper shows minor handling and paper toning along the edges. The condition is Very Good.Auction Info
