    Mickey's Gala Premier Mickey Mouse and Will Rogers Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1933). Artist T. Hee's caricatures were everywhere in this Bert Gillett-directed short that had Mickey Mouse meeting all of Hollywood at one of his film premiers. This is an outstanding original 12 field 2-peghole drawing in graphite with a small area of red pencil; in it, Mickey meets Will Rogers, who is about to throw a lasso rope over him. This comes at the finale of the cartoon, where all the stars come out to congratulate Mickey. Mickey has a great coy expression and pose here! Nice images of 3" and 5", with the number 143 written in the bottom corner. Fine condition.
