    Mickey's Gala Premier Dessin d'animation de Mickey, Minnie, et Pluto (Walt Disney, 1933). Ce court-métrage a été l'un des premiers à introduire des parodies de stars de l'âge d'or d'Hollywood. Il se déroule dans le théâtre chinois de Grauman. Les stars se pressent toutes pour voir le nouveau court-métrage Mickey Mouse, et Mickey et Minnie sont dans le public avec Pluto. Le lot est un dessin d'animation original sur feuille perforée en 4:3 représentant les trois héros à la sortie de leur limousine. Pluto, qui regarde avec envie un palmier, est rappelé à l'ordre par son maître. Cette scène est visible autour de la minute 2:45. Laurel et Hardy, Charlie Chaplin, Clark Gable, Marlene Dietrich, et beaucoup d'autres personnalités du cinéma apparaissent dans ce court-métrage réalisé par Burt Gillett et sorti le 01/07/33. Superbe dessin présentant les trois héros, réalisé à la mine de plomb, haut de 7,6 cm. Salissures et usure des bords mineures. Minuscule déchirure dans le coin inférieur gauche, à distance du dessin.

This short was one of the first to introduce parodies of stars from of the Golden Age of Hollywood. The cartoon takes place at Grauman's Chinese Theater. The stars all come out to see a new Mickey Mouse short, and in the audience with them are Mickey and Minnie with Pluto. This is an outstanding original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing of the three right after they come out of their limo. Mickey is frowning as Pluto is eyeing a palm tree! This image can be seen around the 2:45 mark. Laurel and Hardy, Charlie Chaplin, Clark Gable, Marlene Dietrich, and many other film personalities appear in this short, which was directed by Burt Gillett and released on 7/1/33. Great three-character drawing, with nice graphite images measuring 3". Minor handling and edge wear; tiny tear in bottom left corner, nowhere near image. Fine condition.
