Mickey's Fire Brigade Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1935). It's fire chief Mickey and friends to the rescue in this 1935 short directed by Ben Sharpsteen. This pair of production drawings features the classic trio of Mickey, Donald, and Goofy drawn in graphite with red penciling. The first drawing includes Mickey and a rare long-billed Donald on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper, racing to the scene of the fire with an extension ladder, and is numbered 169 in the lower right corner. The overall image with effects spans the page from left to right and measures 2.25" x 12". The second drawing is of fireman Goofy on 2-peghole animation paper doing his part to stamp out the fire and is numbered 19 in the lower right corner. Goofy measures 5.5" x 3.5". There is a small crease mark at the lower left corner of the first drawing; otherwise both are in Fine condition with minor handling wear.
