DescriptionMickey in Arabia Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1932). Mickey and Minnie are riding a rather long-legged camel through the Arabian Desert in this pair of original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawings. This early Mickey Mouse cartoon was directed by Wilfred Jackson, and is believed to have been released to theaters on 7/19/32; however, one source says the release date was actually 7/11 (which, by chance, happens to be the "license plate" number on the camel). There are a number of "politically incorrect" moments that keep this short off TV, but it can still be seen on YouTube. The drawings are marked 11A (appears at the 1:36 mark) and 12 (which appears slightly before, at the 1:34 mark). Overall image sizes are 5" x 3.5" (camel with legs down) and 4.5" x 5.25" (legs up). Condition is Very Good, with minor handling wear.
