    Description

    Man and the Moon Original Storyboard Art (Walt Disney, 1955). "The moon is a source of many odd beliefs and superstitions. One of the oldest sayings is that the Moon is made of green cheese." Extremely rare original art on board of the a man looking at the moon and the mouse in it, from the Walt Disney's Disneyland episode "Man and the Moon". It premiered on 12/28/55 and was directed by Disney Legend inductee Ward Kimball (1914-2002), who appeared in it along with Walt Disney and others. This scene occurs at about the 10:49 mark. Gouache on 3" x 4.5" board, signed by Kimball. This is extremely rare. Floated inside a 8" x 9" Plexiglas-front frame. In Fine condition.
