    Description

Leslie Cabarga Betty Boop Greeting Card Illustration and Reproductions Group of 3 (Paper Moon Graphics, c. 1990s) Cabarga's credentials as a Boop artist are manifold: He is the leading movie-cartoon researcher into the history of Betty Boop and Fleischer Studios, and he is an accomplished artist, capable of duplicating the authentic style. This magnificent, large-scale painting captures Betty in a prime of radiance, reclining in a crystal Champagne glass. The black outlines (approximately 11.25" x 14") are painted on a 12" x 16" transparent overlay, very much like an animated-cartoon cel. Signed at lower right. Accompanied by the greeting card derived from this art, along with a four-piece page of stickers. Airbrush on illustration board. Excellent condition.
