    Description

Lady and the Tramp Little Golden Book Cover Concept Illustration (Walt Disney, 1955). The first Lady and the Tramp Little Golden Book to be released was titled just "Lady," and it came out a year before the film was released. The second Little Golden Book was titled "Lady and the Tramp." This is the original concept art for the second book. Done in acrylic, on 9" x 11" hard stick paper. A remarkable image with a 4" Lady and a 6" Tramp. A different cover was eventually chosen, making this a very rare piece of Disney and Little Golden Book history. Matted to an overall size of 11" x 14" and in Fine condition.
