Description

Lady and the Tramp Bull Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1955). "He has an eye for a well-turned paw, he has." Bull delivers a delightful wrinkly grin in this charming 12-field animation drawing from the acclaimed Walt Disney dog romance, Lady and the Tramp. Letting out Tramps big secret as a lady's-dog, Bull and the other pound dogs start listing Tramp's line of conquests including Lulu, Trixie, Fifi, and the melodious Peg who ramps up the musical number "He's a Tramp." The laidback Bull was voiced by the great Bill Thompson (1913 - 1971) who notably lent the voice for White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland and Mr. Smee in Peter Pan. This scene was also supervised by one of Disney's "Nine Old Men" and Disney Legend John Lounsberry (1911 - 1976). As seen at about 58:10 timestamp, Bull has an approximate image size of 6'' x 5'', rendered loosely in graphite and brown color pencil. The drawing features the dialog note "Has" in the upper right side, and marked as a key frame, noted by the circle around 31, in the bottom right corner. The page has light age-related toning with minor edge and handling wear from production. In Very Good condition overall for this hard-to-find character.
