Description

Lady and the Tramp Bull Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1955). "Hey, whatcha in for, sweetheart? Putting fleas on the butler?" The easy-going bulldog, named Bull, playfully teases Lady in this fantastic 16 field 3-peghole animation drawing. As seen at about the 55:59 timestamp in the middle of a hardy laugh. The easy-going Bull was notably played by the great Bill Thompson (1913 - 1971) who voiced the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland and Mr. Smee in Peter Pan. This scene was also supervised by one of Disney's "Nine Old Men" and Disney Legend John Lounsberry (1911 - 1976). The comical drawing has an approximate image size of 9.5'' x 5'', rendered masterfully in graphite. Noted as key drawing 419 in the lower right corner, this piece is quite the unique find with an adorably scrunched up tongue! With light age-related toning, minor edge and handling wear, small stray marks, and faint superficial wrinkles. Very Good condition overall for this hard-to-find character.
