Just Mickey (aka Fiddlin' Around) Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1930). Original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing of Mickey Mouse, from the short directed by Walt Disney, and released on 3/14/30. This short was the first not to be animated by Ub Iwerks; Les Clark did a great deal of the animation. This is a rare "Double Brow" Mickey Mouse image, in graphite with red pencil highlights on paper with a great image of 4.5". Mickey is the only character in this short (thus the "Just Mickey" title). His version of the sadly sweet "Hungarian Dance #5" on the violin puts Mickey in a melancholy mood. This image can be seen around the 4:47 mark into the short. This short also had an alternative title of Fiddlin' Around. Minor handling and edge wear; Fine condition.
