DescriptionJungle Jitters Native with Spear Animation Drawing (Warner Brothers, 1938). Here's an original 12 field 2-peghole layout drawing from one of the infamous "Censored Eleven" Looney Tunes/Merry Melodies shorts. Jungle Jitters was directed by Friz Freleng, and released on 2/19/38. It was pulled from television syndication in 1968 due to politically incorrect racial stereotypes; however, it can still be seen today online. Any art from these films is considered extremely rare, and this is no exception -- a graphite and color pencil layout drawing of one of the natives circling around a hut, as seen on YouTube at the 1:12 mark. Overall image size is approximately 4.25" x 4.25". In Fine condition with very minor handling wear.
