    Joshua Meador - Abstract Paintings Group of 4 (Walt Disney, c. 1950s-60s). Superb set of four Fine Art oil paintings on canvas from the hand of long-time Disney special effects animator Joshua Meador (1911-1965). Mr. Meador began working at Walt Disney Studios in 1936. He was part of the team that won the Academy Award for Best Special Effects for the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea live-action movie. These mini-masterpieces are from the collection of fellow Disney employee and Disney Legend Inductee Norman "Stormy" Palmer. Each 6" x 8" painting is framed (without glass); all are in Fine condition.
