Hawaiian Holiday Donald Duck Hula Dance Storyboard Group (Walt Disney, 1937). This Sequence of six storyboards show Donald Duck in a crazy Hula-Hula dance. These great hand-drawn images are rendered in graphite with red, orange and yellow pencils. The scene starts at about the 2:15 mark. This short was directed by Ben Sharpsteen and released on September 24th, 1937. It also starred Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto... so the entire Disney Fab Five were in it! Each storyboard panel is approximately 6" x 5" with Donald between 3.5" to 4" tall in them. They are very detailed and kinetic. They are arranged vertically, matted, and Plexiglas front framed. The frame dimensions are 14" x 42". It can be seen online at Staple holes in some, otherwise in Fine condition.
