DescriptionGuido Manuli: Animator Laser Disc Cover Art Painted Cel Illustration (Lumavision, c. 1990s). The old adage "It's not over 'till the Fat Lady sings" was never more true as in this insane hand-painted on cel illustration! This was done for a 12" laserdisc compilation of short films by Italian animator/director Guido Manuli. Mr. Manuli was one of the animators who worked with Bruno Bozzetto on the highly-regarded 1976 feature Allegro Non Troppo. The illustration on cel is matted, with an opening size of 9" x 13". It's framed with glass for an overall size of 15.5" x 19.5". Included with the art is a still-sealed copy of the 12" laserdisc album. Fine overall condition.
