Description

Fun and Fancy Free Willie the Giant Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1947). Here's a rare original animation drawing of Willie the Giant from the "Mickey and the Beanstalk" segment of Fun and Fancy Free. This is from the scene where a caught Mickey challenges the magic-dealing giant to turn himself into a fly, or in Willie's words, "a teeny-weeny fly - with pink wings!" You can find this pose at the 1:03:49 mark in the film. This nice large image (and for a giant, what else?) is drawn in graphite, with an approximate image area of 9" x 7.25". The number 15 is written in the lower right corner, with a red "B" in the upper right. Condition is Very Good with minor handling and mild age-related paper toning.
