Description

Ferdinand the Bull Ferdinand Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1938). "Be fierce! Come on!" The flower-loving bull refuses to charge at the matador, wanting instead only to sniff a bouquet of flowers in this original 12 field 5-peghole animation drawing, as seen at the 6:00 mark in the film. This classic short, based on the book by Munro Leaf, was directed by Dick Rickard and released to theaters on 11/25/38. It's one of Disney's all-time greats, shown every Christmas Eve as part of the annual From All of Us to All of You television special in many countries around the world. This drawing is in graphite with great red and green pencil highlights, and a huge image size of 7.5" wide by 6.5" tall. The number 6 is written in the lower right corner. In Fine condition with light handling wear.
