This is a great pair of 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings of Ferdinand the Bull and his beloved flowers. This fan-favorite cartoon, directed by Dick Rickard and released on 11/25/38, won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short. It was based on the book The Story of Ferdinand by Munro Leaf. Great graphite images with red pencil highlights, with sizes of 4" and 10". Minor handling and edge wear; Fine condition.
