Fantasia "Night on Bald Mountain" Chernabog Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1940). The nefarious Chernabog covers himself in this astounding animation drawing from the unforgettable segment "Night on Bald Mountain" from Disney's epochal animated anthology film Fantasia. Showcasing a remarkably expressive image of the scary Disney Villain, this drawing displays Chernabog rendered in graphite and colored pencils, measuring a colossal figure size of 10.5" x 10" on the 16-field five-peghole animation sheet, numbered 75 in the bottom right corner and bearing the production stamp "2004 11 75" in the bottom left. Considered one of the most frightening antagonists in Disney movies, this character originally was intended to have Bela Lugosi as a reference actor, but animator Bill Tytla preferred the acting of director Wilfred Jackson. Three of the pegholes are reinforced. Light age-related toning can be seen on the animation sheet.
