Description
Eyvind Earle Sleeping Beauty Maleficent Diorama Painting (Walt Disney, 1959). After completing almost seven years of work on Sleeping Beauty, Walt Disney commissioned Eyvind Earle (1916 - 2000) for a series of paintings to be used on Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle Diorama. This is a stunning Eyvind Earle original for the diorama. Art is in gouache on board measuring 18" x 9". Maleficent is seen through a window in the stone walls of the castle. Great image of her with scepter measuring 10". Signed by Mr. Earle in bottom right corner. Minor handling and edge wear. Very Good condition.Loading guides...
