El Terrible Toreador Waitress and Officer Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1929). Original 12 field 2-peghole animation drawing of the Waitress and her customer. This rare piece of Disney animation history is from the second Silly Symphony short. It was directed by Walt Disney and had animation done by Ub Iwerks and Les Clark, and was released on 9/17/29. The short takes place in Spain to the music of "Carmen." This is from the tip scene which can be seen at around the 1:15 mark. The pulling of her sweater to take the flipped tip is faintly drawn in. The number 12 is written on the bottom right corner. The cel is framed with Plexiglas and matted with an opening of 12" x 9", with images of 4" and 6". Fine condition.
