Education for Death: The Making of a Nazi Hitler and Valkyrie Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1943). This short, directed by Clyde Geronimi, is one of 32 animated propaganda films that the United States government commissioned Disney to produce for the war effort. This wonderfully detailed animation drawing in graphite and red pencil is from the only comical section of the film and depicts Hitler as a knight in shining armor who has rescued a Valkyrie (representing the German nation) from the wicked witch of democracy. This amazing image measures approximately 7.5" x 7.5" on 12 field animation paper. The piece is matted and framed under Plexiglas with a mat opening of 8" x 11" in a 15" x 18" frame.
