DescriptionDumbo Storyboard Art (Walt Disney, 1941).
As the Circus leaves the train and enters the town for the welcome "Circus is in town" parade, we first see the brass band lead the parade into town. They are followed by the circus animals in their parade wagons, then the hippo drawn circus calliope, then the clown band, and finally the elephant parade with Dumbo at the end. This is an outstanding storyboard of the parade that shows the downtown people watching the hippo drawn circus calliope in the parade. Amazing detail done in graphite on 5" x 7" storyboard paper panel. Paper is mounted to a 5 field, 5-peghole 8.5" x 9". Storyboard master sheet. Number 13 is in bottom right corner. Minor handling and edge wear, overall Very Good condition.
