DescriptionDr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas The Grinch Animation Drawing With One of One Cel (MGM, 2002). "He brought back their toys! He brought back the floof to the Who girls and boys!" This is an amazing original animation drawing of a blue-eyed Grinch returning the gifts to the good people of Whoville. It can bee seen near the end of the film at about the 24:03 mark in this beloved holiday classic. The graphite drawing of the Grinch in full-figure measures 6" x 4" on 12 field 3-peghole animation paper and has a Xeroxed overlay cel of the sack filled with presents to complete the scene. Included with the drawing is a hand-inked, hand-painted One-of-One cel created from the drawing. The image on the cel measures 9.5" x 11.5" over a printed background. Both drawing and cel are signed by the film's legendary director, Chuck Jones (1912 - 2002) and bear a Linda Jones seal. The pair comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity. Condition is Fine.
