Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas The Grinch Animation Drawing With One of One Cel (MGM, 1996). "You have all the tender sweetness of a seasick crocodile, Mr. Grinch!" Viewable at about the 13:41 mark in this beloved holiday classic, this is the scene where the Grinch cleans out an entire house with one tricky pool shot. This is an original production drawing of the Grinch rendered in graphite and blue pencil on 12 field 3-peghole paper. The Grinch and his cane for a cue stick measure 7" x 4" and is numbered 16 in the lower right corner. Included with the drawing is a hand-inked, hand-painted One-of-One cel created from the drawing. The cel is over a printed background for presentation purposes. This is an ideal image with a fantastic expression from a truly memorable scene in this beloved holiday TV classic. Both drawing and cel are signed by the film's legendary director, Chuck Jones (1912 - 2002) and bear a Linda Jones seal. The pair comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity. Condition is Fine.
