    Description

Donald Duck Original Storyboards Group of 14 (Walt Disney, c.1930s).
Walt Disney once said, "One of the greatest satisfactions in our work here at the studio is the warm relationship that exists within our cartoon family. Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, and the whole gang have always been a lot of fun to work with. But like many large families, we have a problem child. You're right, it's Donald Duck." In this lot we 14 phenomenal storyboard panels featuring the hot-headed duck. Storyboards are used as a graphic portrayal of how the film will unfold, shot by shot. It's made up of a number of illustrations representing each shot, and may have dialog or notes about what's going on in the scene during that shot. Each piece in this assortment was rendered in graphite and colored pencil on 2-peghole panels measuring 8" x 6". The illustrations shows age-related toning and have pinholes in the corners where they were pinned to the story wall. Otherwise, the pieces are in Very Good condition.
