    Description

Doctor Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas Grinch and Max Animation Drawing (MGM, 1966). "Maybe Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. Maybe Christmas perhaps, means a little bit more!" Superb original graphite with blue pencil highlights 12 field animation drawing of the Grinch and his dog Max, saving the sleigh filled with the Who's Christmas presents and decorations. This is right when the Grinch's red eyes turn blue! It can be seen around the 19:06 mark into the short. This WOW of a drawing takes up almost the entire 12 field sheet, with an overall image of 12". This is one outstanding and very rare animation drawing! A Linda Jones seal is on the drawing and Linda Jones COA is included. Fine condition.
