    Description

Doctor Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas Cindy Lou Who Animation Drawing (MGM, 1966). Little Cindy Lou Who is a very hard character to find, in terms of production art. This lot has not one but two rare and unique studio animation drawings of Cindy Lou. One is the key scene where the Grinch ushers her back to bed with her cup; it's in graphite on 12 field animation paper, marked #43 in the bottom right corner. The drawing has a great 8" image, and a Chuck Jones Estate plate signature. The second drawing is of Cindy Lou about to touch the jack in the box in the wreath; it has an adorable 4" image in graphite on 12 field 3-peghole animation paper. A Linda Jones seal is on each drawing, and both come with Linda Jones COAs. Rare! Fine condition. From the Chuck Jones Archives.
