Chip and Dale Painting (Walt Disney, 1953). One of the most popular Chip and Dale shorts of all time was "Out of Scale," directed by Jack Hannah, which featured a toy train that Donald Duck drove around his yard. This is an original painting of Chip and Dale, inspired by that short, done for a Whitman jigsaw puzzle (which is included with the lot). Acrylic on board, it measures approximately 18" x 13". Chip and Dale are 3" and 4" tall. The painting is labeled in the bottom right corner "Frame Tray Inlay -- Chip and Dale Picture Puzzle," and production notes are written in the border. It is rare to find the finished product with its original artwork. In Fine condition.
