    Child Psykolojiky Studio Publicity Artwork (Fleischer, 1941).
    In this Dave Fleischer-directed cartoon, Popeye, and Poopdeck Pappy's poker game keeps being interrupted by a crying Sweet Pea. Poopdeck wants to spank him, but Popeye opts for trying to use psychology. The film was animated by Joe Oriolo and Bill Nolan and released on 7/11/41. This is rare artwork for a studio publicity lobby card, one sheet, or promotional materials for this short. The initial working title was Bringing Up Baby. Original detailed graphite and red pencil artwork on 3- peghole 12 field animation sheet. This rare alternative title artwork is labeled P-10-8 in upper right. Great character images of 4" - 6". Minor handling and edge wear and tear. Overall condition is Good.
