    Description

Building a Building Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1933). Construction worker, Mickey is far more interested in spending time with Minnie than doing his job, which infuriates Peg Leg Pete the foreman. Dave Hand's directorial debut, this short was a remake of the 1928 Oswald the Lucky Rabbit short Sky Scrapers. It was more recently used as inspiration in Disney-themed video games Epic Mickey and Kingdom Hearts. These two drawings feature the classic couple, Mickey and Minnie, rendered on 12 field, 2-peghole animation paper in graphite. Mickey (making a sandwich) measures about 4" x 3.5" and Minnie (looking lovely) measures 4" x 1.75". The pages are numbered 38 and 25, respectively. There is a very small water stain at the top left corner of the drawing of Mickey; otherwise, both are in Fine condition with lightly tanned edges and minor handling wear.
