Bob Moore - Gag Illustration Original Art and Letter Group (Walt Disney, c. 1950s). Bob Moore (1920-2001) began with Disney in 1940 and worked at the studio until 1983. He was inducted as a Disney Legend in 1996. Bob was an animator, a story man and in 1951 made into a one-man Studio Publicity/Art Department Head. He even had a color named after him in the Ink and paint building, "Moore Red". This is original studio gag artwork of a female movie usher. She is holding an oversized ticket that reads "Hello Bob Darling! Just in case you didn't know. I'm your girl and I'm going to do everything to make your visit exciting. And I do mean everything!" There is more on the inside of the ticket and it is signed "Ginger". This was done for New York City Studio publicity man, Bob Dorfman. Ink and watercolor on illustration board. The gal is a nice 9" tall. The artwork is signed Bob Moore. Slight corner/edge wear, however in Fine condition.
