Description
Bleach Jushiro Ukitake Animation Sequence of 8 and Layout Drawing Group of 17 (Studio Pierrot, 2005). Jushiro Ukitake, the captain of the 13th division, is presented in this exceptional sequence making use of his Zanpakuto's Shikai: "All waves, become my shield. All thunder, become my blade." The magnificent sequence of eight animation drawings has Ukitake pulling out his Zanpakuto and turning it into two, as seen at the 22:06 mark of Episode 38 of Bleach, during the special ending sequence. Each animation drawing is rendered in graphite with red and blue pencils on 12 field size animation paper, each numbered B1 through B8 on the right side of the drawing. Also included are 17 layout drawings and additional animation drawings depicting effects from the same sequence, each rendered in graphite with some presenting colored pencil details and shading. As a bonus, the lot includes a printed copy of an animation drawing used in production of Byakuya Kuchiki with yellow pencil and an exposure sheet of this animation sequence.
