Description

Batman Beyond "Dead Man's Hand" Batman Original Production Cel Setup and Original Animation Drawing (Warner Brothers, 1999). Batman is about to unleash a devastating blow against Royal Flush member Ten in this original hand-painted production cel setup with a matching animation drawing, but he hesitates due to her being a girl only for Ten to take advantage and strike back. Originally aired over 25 years ago on 3/20/1999 as Episode 8 of Season 1, this episodes sees Terry struggle to balance his "night" life with his girlfriend, Dana, which causes them to break up. Shortly after Terry falls for the new girl in town, unaware that she is actually the supervillain Ten of the Royal Flush Gang. Actor Will Friedle voiced the main protagonist Terry McGinnis/Batman, including other memorable characters such as Ron Stoppable from Kim Possible (2002) and Eric Matthews from Boy Meets World (1993). Batman can be seen dueling the Royal Flush Gang at the 11:24 timestamp of the episode. Batman's close-up figure, measuring 9" x 7.75", is displayed over a scene matching print background for presentation purposes, while the hand-drawn image measures slightly larger at 9" x 8.25" and is rendered in graphite with color pencil on 3-peg hole animation paper. Both pieces bear a Warner Brothers Production Art seal in the upper right corners. The overall condition is Very Good with very light surface wear on drawing, mild debris, and minor handling wear and edge wear.
