Bambi Winter Scene with Bambi and Mother Storyboard/Concept Art (Walt Disney, 1942). After Bambi's on-ice fun with Thumper, we see him walk with his mother in the snow, searching for hard-to-find food. Eventually they will find spring grass after the snow lets up. Then the hunters arrive. This is a detailed storyboard/concept art of Bambi and his mother walking in the snow. This is when they eat whatever bark they can find left on a tree to survive. Amazing graphite drawing, on paper measuring 8" x 6". On the back is the letter "P." Perce Pearce was the Story Director on this film. The detail to this concept piece showcases why this film came out so beautifully. The attention to detail is stunning. Clear acetate is stapled over the artwork. Tape residue around borders, with minor handling and pinholes in corners. In Good condition.
