In 1933, famed swashbuckler Douglas Fairbanks hosted a documentary travelogue that took viewers along to Japan, China, Hong Kong, Siam, and other exotic ports. The film was directed by the legendary Victor Fleming. Fairbanks introduces Mickey Mouse in an animated dance segment made especially for the film. This is a very rare piece trimmed from 12 field 2-peghole animation paper to 7" x 9.5" and in a mat measuring 9" x 12". The image shows Mickey doing his "hello" pose. What a smile! Great pie slice eyes. Drawn in graphite, Mickey stands 3.5" tall. Writing in bottom right corner reads: 152. Minor handling. Mat sold as-is. Condition is Very Good.
