All Dogs Go to Heaven Painted Storyboard Art Group of 15 (Don Bluth, 1989). "Charlie Wake Up!" Flo's puppies say to Charlie B. Barkin when he falls asleep after the pizza party. This is a rare series of amazingly detailed storyboard paintings of Charlie's dream sequence when he has goes to hell and cannot return. The film had some major sequences cut that were thought to be too scary for young children. This may have been one of those scenes. It has been said that Don Bluth had a full rough-cut of the film with these scary scenes still in. Unfortunately that version of the film is missing. The artwork was created using gouache on 8" x 5" boards. This lot includes two oversized boards measuring 13.5" x 5" and 11.5" x 5". Each storyboard has a clear acetate sheet over the artwork. Minor handling wear. In Very Good condition.
