Description
Alice in Wonderland Alice Animation Drawing Sequence of 3 (Walt Disney, 1951). "Oh, pooh! I'm not afraid of you!" After eating the last bites of mushroom remaining in her pockets, Alice grows to gargantuan size, bumping her head on the courtroom ceiling in this rare sequence of three original animation drawings. From the final scenes of Alice in Wonderland, this coveted sequence was created for the moments seen at the 1:10:50 mark of the film. They are rendered masterfully in graphite on three sheets of 16 field animation paper. The drawings measure 8.5" tall, and they are numbered 108, 118, and 116½. The first drawing also contains a hand-written timing chart for the scene. Overall minor handling and edge wear with slight age-related toning, and the condition is Very Good.From the Disney Legend Manuel Gonzalez Archive.
